- I would like to make a difference in the world-not for the mere attainment of fame,glory or an everlasting legacy.But to fulfill my duties as a human being;to be the voice of the oppressed & the minority;to reflect true islam and to better serve humanity. I have joined this blogspot to ask & seek answers,to delve into the realm of the multiple & diverse mentalities that God has created & to endeavour to draw the line between the illusionary & real. Life is temperamental.If one doesn't strive to understand it,one may never be able to cope with its erratic mood swings. As a muslim- & I'm speaking from experience- I believe our souls are pieces of God.Thus,each & everyone of us has a bit of divinity within him/her.Failure to embrace our spirituality makes living difficult. I am not perfect but I hope God blesses me with the wisdom to see through my vanity,learn from my errors & from others & do what is right. Acknowledgement: Drima's blog has inspired me to start my own.

My To -Do- List
- 1- Be a better Muslim & human(Be an ambassador for my religion)(Need to work on a lot of aspects).
- 2- Make a difference in the world(Too generic-Still need to work on the "how").
- 3- Be an active blogger, write more poetry & engage in more fruitful,intelligent & intellectual discussions with people from different backgrounds.
- 4- Do Masters in Eng literature & Human Resources.Take a course in knowledge management, international affairs & political science.
- 5- Own a huge library.
- 6-Travel around the world
- 7- Establish an orphanage in my dad's name(Allah Yirhamu) in Sudan.
- 8- Exercise more & stop harassing my siblings.
- 9- Record my poetry for the sake of enlightment & not fame or materialistic gains.
- 10-Get married (Condition: My husband must have a beautiful mind,beautiful heart & beautiful soul.He should encourage & let me pursue the aforementioned goals) & have 3 children(in order: Omar, Leen & Mohammed,inshallah,inshallah,inshallah).Our marriage should not be a hindrance but a milestone for bigger & better things & for elevating our family & the rest of humanity(as much as we can).
